• Throughout the premises there are temperature and humidity control meters. We aim for a temperature of approximately 65f- 75f (18c - 24c) with a relative humidity of 45% - 65%.

• We carry out all Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Island collections and deliveries ourselves where at all possible using a Ford Transit Connect van, which is fully sealed, carries fire extinguishers, telephone and two drivers on request.

• We have our own in-house risk assessment team which has an overall aim to minimise any damage caused by any incident. As well as covering our own risks we also offer this service to client's that have suffered damage to their collections by fire, internal and external flooding, malicious break-in, Police actions etc. This service includes - recovery, stabilisation, emergency treatment, assessment reports etc. Full details on application.

• Our current insurers are "Art Incorporated Lloyd's Correspondent" who cover us for items within our workshop and whilst in transit undertaken by ourselves. Full details can be discussed on application.

• Our premises are fully alarmed for intruders and fire. We have direct links to Police and Fire control rooms as well as our security monitoring station. All ground floor windows have security bars and the goods inwards bay has a security barrier and shutters. All working and storage areas have both intruder and smoke sensors as well as audio sensors on entrance and exit doors.
